Ramzan ka mahina Islam me behad hi pavitra aur ibadat ka mahina mana jata hain. Is pure mahine log Roza rakhte hain, roze me log suraj nikalne se lekar suraj dalne tak kuch nahi khate-pite hain. Aur aise main log aksar zarurat se jyada khalete hain jis se wajan badana, gas, aur badhazmi jaisi problems ho jati hain. Toh chaliye aaj hum aap ko ramzan me kaise healthy rahe iss par kuch aasan aur dilchasap baate hain jinki madad se aap Ramzan ka maza puri tarh se le sakte hain.

Ramzan me khane ki aadaton aur samay me changes hote hain jise hamare digestive system par asar padta hain. Aise me hume sahi diet aur lifestyle follow karni chahiye.

Santulit Khana Khaye:

Ramzan mein Roze paaramparik roop par hee khole jate hai.aise me aapko apne khane me un padartho ko shamil karna chahiye jo aapko lambe samay tak energy de sake. Jaise ki taje fal, sabjiya, anjeer, jau, gehoon, oats, baajra, sujee, daalen, chokar, khubani, aloo bukhara, badam, aur sabut anaj. Tala hua khana aur red meat ko thoda sa avoid karen.

Pet se sambandhit samasya ko dur karne ke liye aaloo bukhaare ka ras piyen.

Ramzan ke dinon mein garmee ho toh, aise mein aap dehydration ka shikaar ho sakate hai. Dehydration se bachane ke liye kam se kam 8-10 gilaas paani piye. Saath mein khaane mein aap doodh, dahi, chhachh, aur phalon ke joos aur sabjiyaan shaamil honi chahiye. Ramzan ke dauraan aap coffee chaay ya phir cold drinks avoid karanee chaahiye.

Ramzan ke dauraan aapko adhik se adhik aaraam karane kee zaroorat hai. Aap ko kam se kam 8 ghante kee neend lenee chaahiye. Sehri (subah ka khaana) ke dauran aap ki poori neend nahin ho pati, toh aap dopahar mein jaroor so jai. Paani kee kamee se khud ke shareer ko bachae rakhane ke lie bhaag-daud vaale kaamon se khud ko door rakhana hoga.

Exercise Zarur karien: 

Ramzan mein roze ka bahaana na banaye aur aap niyamit exercise karein. Aap yoga ya koi exercise zarur karani chaahiye jo shareer ko tanaav se door rakhiye.

Exercise ke baad uchit protein vitamin le. diabetes (madhumeh) ke rogiyon ko adhik saavadhaan rehna chaahiye aur hypoglycemia (rakt mein shukranu ki kamee hone) ko taalna chaahiye. Kyon ki Ramzan ke samay poori ek mahiney ka roza hota hai, apna dhyan rakhe aur bahut adhik parishram na karein.
