Method I: Honey
Ingredient:
1. Raw honey
2. Jojoba oil
3. Oatmeal
4. Sugar
Steps:
1. Take some raw honey and spread it on the milia affected skin areas.
2. Let it sit for about 10 – 15 minutes and then rinse the area with water.
3. Continue doing the same process daily until you notice improvements.
4. Mix 1 tablespoon of jojoba oil in 2 tablespoons of raw honey and stir well.
5. Spread this mix on the face and wait for 15 – 20 minutes to rinse the face.
6. Dry it and repeat the same process for once daily to get rid of milk spots.
7. Mix together 3 tablespoons of oatmeal (exfoliates) in 1 tablespoon each of granulated sugar and raw honey.
8. Stir well to make a fine scrub paste and apply it on the affected skin areas.
9. Start scrubbing it gently in circular motions for few minutes and wait for few minutes to rinse with water to unclog the blocked pores.
10. Do it 3 – 4 times a week regularly.

3. Let it sit for about 15 – 20 minutes and rinse off with cool water.
4. Dry the skin gently and repeat the same process for once or twice daily to get fast relief from milia.
