Moms Remedies for Menstrual Cramps
Menstruation is also known as periods which is a natural part of a lady's life, but painful menstrual cramps are an extremely irritating issue for many. 4. Drink this twice a day a week before your periods.

2. Let this mixture simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
3. Remove this from the heat and then strain it.
4. Add 1 tsp of honey into it and then mix it well.
5. Drink this fennel tea twice a day daily 3 days prior to the expected start date of your cycle. Continue drinking this according to the pain and cramps you get.
